Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Owen Sound Police Service are asking the public for help in solving a brutal assault that occurred in the City of Owen Sound.

  

At approximately 10:30PM on the 27^th of April 2002, a 48 year old male was walking near Vinces Kwik Mart in the area of 2^nd Avenue  West and 14^th Street West when he was attacked by two male suspects and robbed of his shoes.  The victim fell to the ground where his assailants continued to kick him in the head and back causing serious injuries.  Both suspects were white males, 5’10” between 18-25 yrs old wearing baggy pants.  One suspect had short hair shaved on the sides.
