Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Owen Sound Police Service are asking the public for help in solving a number of thefts and vehicle damage in the City of Owen Sound.

  

At approximately 6:00 a.m. on the 16th of April 2002, culprits entered onto the property of a mini-storage location on 20th Street East in the industrial area of Owen Sound.

 

Thieves then forcibly entered into or attempted to enter twelve of the storage units and stole items that included two television sets; two DVD players and an RV trailer battery.

 

The culprits then smashed windows and damaged four motor vehicles that were parked at the storage location.

 

Police suspect that as many as four people were involved in the thefts and damage.
