Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are asking for the public’s assistance in solving the following break, enter theft in Osprey Township.

 

Sometime overnight between the 10^th and 18^th of January 2003 thieves entered a seasonal residence located between the Badjeros Road and County Road 124.  The thieves forcibly entered the residence and stole a large amount of household items including clothing, oil paintings, electric tools, fishing equipment, stereo and television, cameras and a Craftsman riding lawn mower.  The fact that a riding lawn mower was stolen would suggest that more than one person was involved and a truck or trailer would be used.  The total value of the theft was in excess of $15,000.00.
