Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Bruce Peninsula OPP are asking for the public’s assistance in solving the following crimes that may be related.

 

Sometime between the evening of February 15th and the morning of February 16th 2004 a hockey bag full of one complete set of men’s hockey equipment was stolen from the open rear of a 1993 Chevy pickup truck parked at the Lion’s Head Arena. The hockey bag was black in colour and was personalized with “NCP” and the number “44” embroidered on it.  One set of booster cables was also stolen.

 

On the 27th of February 2004 another complete set of men’s hockey equipment was stolen from the lobby area of the Lion’s Head Arena.

 

Total value of the two thefts is approximately $1,800.00.
