Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are asking for your assistance in solving the following theft of guns.

 

On September 27, 2005 a residence on Story Book Park Road located southeast of Owen Sound in The Municipality of Meaford was entered and several long guns were stolen.  Unique to the theft was the fact that six of the guns were designed for left-handed shooting.

 

Stolen guns included a 50 calibre Knight black powder, a Winchester 410 gauge single shot shotgun, a Marlin bolt action 22 calibre magnum rifle, a Browning 20 gauge pump action shotgun, a Remington semi-automatic 12 gauge shotgun, a Remington 270 bolt action rifle and a right-handed Savage bolt action 22-250 and a right-handed Remington 12 gauge pump action shotgun.
