Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are asking for the public’s assistance in solving the following break, enter and theft.

Sometime between 11:00 p.m. on August 13, 2006 and 5:15 a.m. on August 14, 2006 thieves forcibly entered Barry’s Petro Can Service Centre at the Rockford corners Hwy 6 & 10 south of Owen Sound.

Once inside the culprits removed a large amount of cash and a large quantity of cigarettes. Police believe that something or somebody may have interrupted the crime and are appealing to anybody who may have been in the area during the time of the crime.
