Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the South Bruce OPP are asking for the publics’ assistance in solving the following attempted theft that caused considerable damage.

 

Police are currently investigating an attempted theft and damage to construction equipment.  The incident occurred on Friday the 9th of November 2007 at approximately 9:30 p.m. at a construction site in Huron Township.

 

A black pick up truck with a car trailer was observed on the site by security guards and when they approached the truck, it took off.  The 2007 Zoom Boom on site was damaged and had been moved.  Damage is estimated to be between $5000.00 and $7000.00.

 

South Bruce OPP is looking for the black pick up and car trailer that was observed at the site.
