Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are asking for the public’s assistance to help solve the following break enter and theft that occurred in Town of Meaford.

 

On Tuesday the 23^rd of October 2007 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. an unknown culprit or culprits forcibly entered a residence on Collingwood Street in the Town of Meaford.

 

The thief then proceeded directly to a spare bedroom and located and stole a security safe that contained an undisclosed amount of cash.  The safe is described as gray in colour and is 18” X 18” X 18” in size.  Also stolen in the theft was a long sleeved “Roxy” sweater, black in colour, with a zipper and a hood.
