Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the South Bruce OPP are asking for the publics’ assistance in solving the following incidents of snowmobile thefts.

 

The first incident occurred on February 8^th 2007 at a Bruce County Road 3 address in Elderslie Township.  Sometime between 1:00 p.m. and and 6:00 p.m. thieves stole a 2003 red and black Polaris 700XC.  The snowmobile has a unique red windshield with black and white checkers.

 

The second incident occurred near Teeswater between 2:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on February 11^th 2007.  The stolen machine is described as a black 2001 Polaris Indy 500 with yellow skis, a yellow headlight, and flames on the windshield.  The snowmobile was last seen heading southbound on the B-Line of Huron Township by a trail-groomer.
