Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are asking the public for assistance in solving the following rash of break-ins.

On Tuesday the 8^th of May 2007 three daytime break and enters occurred at residences east of Keady in the Municipality of Georgian Bluffs. Thieves entered the homes after homeowners had left for the day and made off with numerous stolen items that included various types of jewelry, Toshiba and Compaq Presario computer equipment, stereo equipment and TV components including a 50” plasma screen TV.

Investigators believe that due to the amount of items reported stolen, that more than one person is likely to be responsible.  Police report that a 2005 GMC 2500 series black diesel King Cab pickup truck was seen in the area during the thefts.
