Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and
the Owen Sound Police are asking for the publics’ assistance in solving the following
act of senseless vandalism.
Sometime overnight on Friday,
April
4, 2008 unknown person(s)
vandalized one of the outdoor exhibits at the north end of the Owen Sound Marine & Rail
Museum located at 1155 First Avenue West.
The Ancaster, a Russell Brothers log tugboat built in
Owen Sound in 1951 was
damaged when it’s two side windows were broken in and the rear door was damaged
when it was kicked Museum staff advise
there is nothing of value that can be taken from inside the tugboat.
