Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Owen Sound Police Service are asking for the public's assistance in solving the following break enter and theft.

 

Sometime during the daylight hours of January 10, 2008 unknown culprits forcibly entered a residence in the area of 10^th Street and 4^th Avenue in the City of Owen Sound.  The occupants were away at the time.  The culprits then removed several articles of property including a gateway computer, Toshiba and Diamond DVD players, a Sony VCR, and liquor as well as a quantity of money.

 

Unique to this theft was the fact that a portion of the money stolen consisted of Hong Kong currency.
