Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and
the Grey County OPP are asking for the publics’ assistance in solving the
following home invasion.
At approximately 5:30 a.m. on January 14, 2008 at least two men forced their way into a residence
on Proton
Street in
the Village of Dundalk. One of the
men was armed with a handgun and the other had a baseball bat. The suspect with the gun was white, 5’11”,
brown hair, approximately 30 years old and was reportedly wearing a ski mask
that covered the lower portion of his face.
The second suspect was white, 5’8”, medium build wearing a dark coat
with lettering and a red ball cap. No
shots were fired, however an undisclosed amount of money was taken from the
victim. Comments made by one of the
suspects suggested the victim was known to him and for that reason
investigators do not believe the victim was randomly targeted.
