Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the South Bruce OPP are asking for the publics’ assistance in solving the following theft of jewelry.

On Monday January 27^th 2009 at about 12:30 p.m. two male suspects entered Gilberts Jewelry Store on Queen Street in Kincardine. While one of the suspects distracted the employee the other opened a display case and removed approximately 8 to 10 white gold engagement rings. The value of the rings is approximately $10,000.00 - $12,000.00.

Suspects #1 is described as a white male 35-40 years of age, 5'11”, 260 lbs with brown thinning hair, unshaven, and wearing a dark jacket and track pants.

Suspect #2 is described as a white male 20-30 years of age 5'8” 160 lbs with blonde thinning hair. He was clean shaven and wore a tan jacket with the name “Chad” on the right arm.
