during the month prior to October 14th unknown thugs entered a
cottage located on the East Back Line, east of Proton Station in

items were stolen including and an antique "Peak Frean"
biscuit box, a 1940's era clock, a china cabinet, a porcelain horse with
leather harness, a wedding stein, paintings, jewellery, and musical instruments
including a banjo and mandolin. Several other unusual collectables were taken.
Of concern is a firearm that was stolen. It is described as a 22 calibre
semi-automatic Lakefield model 64B rifle.
